Van was making a knocking noise driving home from work. Called in 4.30pm on the off chance. Austin was there and snowed under as usual. Told me he was very busy but drop the van off in the morning and he'll see what he can do. Phoned me by 11am to tell me what the problem was and would try and get it done the same day. Phoned me back at 4pm to say the van was repaired and ready, the price was very good too. Used them for years and it's reassuring to have an honest knowledgeable mechanic. Always a good price too. Did my timing belt last year and was £200 cheaper than the other quotes that I had had. Recommended them to many people over the years and they have never disappointed. For all the jobs he's said I need doing he has always told me what doesn't need doing too. So refreshing from a garage

Gary and team. Thank you so much. Saturday, my mobility car had a puncture at 0700 in Long Eaton on the way to Manchester. Having only one leg I was truly stranded. Fortunately I was directly outside of KAM. Gary opened up at 7 am. We approached him and he could not do enough to help us. The puncture was repaired no fuse in minutes and he made coffee. His team were fast and gracious to my needs as a one legged driver and for a very little price, I was amazed. So much we still made our appointment slot in Manchester. I would strongly recommend Dan and James at Eviva to anyone. I personally dealt with Dan who is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and an all-round nice bloke. I brought them a 2011 E-class convertible with a faulty roof that another garage was not able to fix and they went above and beyond to complete the repair and I am happy to say they fixed it. They had the car over the Christmas period and were happy to keep hold of the car until they got to the bottom of the issue. On top of this, whilst under their care, they noticed the clutch was slipping (which had previously happened when I had drove it), they called me and advised it was a simple solution and fixed it ready for me to pick up the next day. In summary, you should use this garage. They are fair, integral ,extremely knowledgeable and from my experience go the extra mile to ensure a car they look at is 100% right.
