My first visit to Elite garage, was so positive. The arrangements for the repair were uncomplicated, clear and very timely. Repairing my wheel bearing was completed quicker and with slightly less than expected. I went to pick up the car but the smoke from a nearby fire meant I agreed with Elite to leave the car overnight. They moved cars around to get my car out from where they kept it safe inside the garage, nothing seemed to much trouble. I will always go to Elite for my repairs in the future.

Nothing was too much trouble for them. I had a whole long list of concerns that could have easily been dismissed as outside of the remit of the servicing appointment. To keep me in the loop and provide as much transparency as possible about the work being doing I was sent video updates via WhatsApp. Not only was the car fully serviced but the engine area was also cleaned spotlessly. I wanted to get my bike ready for the summer season over here in Germany. It had a couple of problems and it needed a service and MOT. After a brief search on Google I came across Shaun's number at automotive. One of the problems I thought my bike had was valve clearances, in fact I thought I'd bounced valve. After a quick call with Shaun he stated he would not do work that was unnecessary and would like to see the bike to make a diagnosis before agreeing to carry out any work. He sounded very professional, friendly and most of all genuine. I knew this was the place I wanted to use. I was not disappointed. Upon arrival, Shaun quickly stated that the valve clearances were not the problem and didn't need doing, the bike was quickly repaired, serviced and MOT'd. He could've quite easily taken the work on and done the valve clearances to squeeze some extra money out of me but he didn't. I was very pleased with the service at automotive and confident that the bike is ready for another hard summer season here on the continent, with regular trips max'd out on the autobahn and weekend trips to the Nurburgring. Since my original review, Shaun has become my 'go-to' guy for anything mechanical, including work on my campervan and my daughters car. He even talked me through replacing the intercooler my campervan over video call when I had an issue with it here in Germany. I cannot recommend him enough, and will continue to use him in the future.
