It’s hard to find people you can actually trust these days, but these guys are completely reliable and gave me some really solid, expert advice without trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. The prices were honest and fair, and the customer service was spot on. If you're in Reading and looking for a team that is professional and straightforward, definitely give them a shout.
Could not recommend Michael and his team enough. Have used him a couple of times and he always fully explains the works being done, even showing me the broken parts which is great as someone with no mechanical knowledge. On my recent visit there was a problem while working on my car. Michael and his team all went above and beyond to ensure that my plans weren't affected by the unexpected extra work that needed doing. Their customer service is amazing, they definitely care about their customers. Michael is an honest and reliable mechanic and I will continue to use him in the future!
I recently had a clutch replacement done at MK Servicing and Repairs and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They used quality parts at a very affordable cost, and the work was carried out quickly and professionally. What I really appreciated was that they also gave me clear advice about potential repairs I might need in the coming months, so I know what to plan for. Honest, reliable, and excellent value — I’ll definitely be returning in the future.
Booked the car in for a new timing belt on the notorious 1.2 puretech engine. Managed to get me in after a few days. Got the car back the same day. Can not fault the guys here, kept me informed from start to finish. Will use again (brakes next) and will recommend 100%.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Fast, efficient service. Air conditioning system repaired and compressor replaced on my Mk4 Golf. Proper good old-fashioned service and very fair pricing! Very happy customer and would thoroughly recommend them without hesitation.
