Fantastic service, would highly recommend. I had a mechanical fault with my electric window, which left my passenger window fully open. Steve came out to me during a bank holiday weekend and helped to fix the window up and secure my vehicle. He returned once the relevant part had arrived and successfully replaced the window regulator. These guys are brilliant and never cease to amaze me. I recently had to have my car go in due to a breakdown. The RAC advised me it was due to an oil leak from the rear seal that had leaked onto thw clutch and I was quoted as such which looked to be an expensive job. However on getting the car into the garage they advised this was not the case and it was only a failed clutch so the repair turned out much cheaper than I initially thought. Other garages I'm sure would not have been so honest, they even washed my car for me before pick up which badly needed doing so thank you 🤣 Outstanding service. 👍

Outstanding Customer Service and Owner/Technicians who know what they are doing when it comes to BMW Mini's. We have owned one of the original BMW Mini Cooper 's from new, and we have used local garages for regular services and repairs but have been left disheartened by poor work often by technicians with a generalistic knowledge of vehicles. After much research we found Burch Motor Works and visited them to discuss the economic viability of keeping the vehicle. From the outset the service desk knowledge and interest was amazing, while we had to wait a while for the appointment, it was more than worth it; two issues raised by the previous garages recommended an oil pump replacement and undertook a body management system replacement. The team at Burch Motors identified that the oil light/pump issue was a result of a non-BMW Mini part being incorrectly fitted and the original body management unit was refitted and calibrated and both issues have been resolved. There are many previous reviews that compliment the services provided here at Burch Motor Works, and we fully understand why and we cannot recommend them enough. They are now our go-to for our mini.

Needed suspension coil springs replaced on a Mercedes E class, BC Auto’s replaced those and shock absorbers at my request, quickly and at a reasonable price.
