It’s always difficult to find a garage you can trust but these guys are my go to and have never let me down. I’ve used them a few times and most recently I’ve been having problems with my car misfiring. It turned out that I had an oil leak where oil was entering into the cylinders. The main culprit was pointing towards a leak from the sealant used on the rocker cover and the mechanic noticed that the person who had done it on my car previously had used the wrong type of sealant. They got the job done and now I have no more issues.

So I took my car to Reliance autos because someone on 'next door' said what a reliable, honest and reasonably priced garage this is and they were not wrong!! The staff are all friendly and honest, and very hard working as its a busy garage. I needed quite a few things done to my car and they quoted me a price and a time it would be ready to collect and price was less than they said and car was ready earlier than I expected, I couldnt have asked for better service, they even stayed open later then usual so I could collect it when I finished work. This is the best garage in London !! I was recommended by a friend and I had a petrol leak and was warned that it may cost up to £1000 to repair. So I booked it in for the repair and was shocked as they only charged me an hour labour! Apparently on investigation it was just something that had come loose. The point is I wouldn’t have been any the wiser if that had invoiced me for the £1000 so I couldn’t believe the honestly and morals which is so hard to find these days in people. Car returned 3 hours later and my engine reset. One satisfied customer. I would have given 4.5 but there's no half star. ☺ Disclaimer: I am worried about the latter reviews I am reading here and 3 weeks after my full service I am unable to receive my schedule on work done or diagnostic report paid for and communications have gone burst. They now act like they don't know what I'm talking about and turn questions back on me. I think I got away lightly following these reviews and I think I should count my blessings and move away. I am meant to return for my aircondition to be looked out but I already smell a rat. I do believe there is something going on that could require seeing to.
