Not only are the team clearly at the top of there game the customer service really is next level compared to some of the other garages I’ve used in the area. The prices are very competitive and are some of the lowest I’ve been quoted, this can sometimes be a red flag but not at this place top notch service and at prices I can’t find any cheaper it really is a win win. Biggest credit I can give to this garage and the reason I’m leaving a review is my girlfriend dropped my car off for me at neves and she said she felt so comfortable and at ease there and all the lads were so accommodating and helpful to a lady on her own. I was involved in a minor hit and run by another car the point of impact of which thankfully was on my rear offside tyre but which still caused damage to my offside rear bumper wing. I had a repair estimate of £320. Knowing my insurance company also used VARC I took the car for a 2nd opinion. Recognising there was no actual dent they took the car into their workshop and managed to polish out 99% of the damage at no cost leaving just a very minor blemish.

Neal from Automotive Air Con was brilliant at solving the problem on our Ford Kuga, the fault took some finding but he eventually found it. The problem was the Condenser and he had to virtually strip the front of the car including removing wheels, wheel arch inners, then completely remove the huge front bumper before he could get to the condenser, which he replaced and then re gassed and tested the system then rebuilt the front of the car. He really does know his stuff and I would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable and a really nice man. If you have a problem please use Neal. Mick, Welling

I had my last MOT done recently and although my vehicle didn’t pass at first, the repairs were done on the same day. I can’t say if the prices are higher than other places as I had this job done for the first time so I can’t compare. After a couple of weeks I had my MOT, one of the front bulbs needed a replacement and they were able to accommodate on the same day I called and didn’t charge for it, which was very nice from them. Great service overall!
