I was stranded with a caravan at J28 on my way to a festival when my auxiliary belt went kaput. The RAC arrived and assessed that it couldn't be repaired roadside as the engine needed moving to get to the repair. He made contact with a guy he knows at this garage who said they would check they could get the part and then would do the work immediately to get me on the road. The garage got onto it straight away... bear in mind this was 4pm on Friday! They were so efficient at getting it sorted and by 5.30ish were handing me back my keys with a hug and and wishes to go and enjoy my festival. Forever grateful for your help.

The car returned from a long journey. The horn had stopped working which was a concern, but then the doors would not open and that became an emergency, so I took it to an Autoelectrical service centre who kindly checked the fuses. I booked it in but it is a two week wait. Desperate, I started to ring around, and phoned Autotune Diagnostics who came around after having quoted a reasonable price for the investigation. After taking some readings with his diagnosis computer he returned to base to feed it into his computer and then returned. He gave me a report of three faults and reset the memory of the electronic controller. That fixed the primary problem, two of the doors started to work again and the horn rang out clearly and loudly. He only charged me the call out fee which I considered very reasonable. It was unexpected that the problem would be resolved but the report highlighted important issues we have to fix. He was kind, reasonable and diligent, polite and all I can say is excellent. Unlike all the workshops, he was available. Miracles do not happen often but when they do, I write a review. Thank you, again.
