An honest, fair priced and efficient mechanic that gets the job done to a high standard. In the world of automotive mechanics I don’t think praise comes higher than that. They mended my Subaru Outback (which are notoriously difficult to work on, and hard to get parts for - mine was particularly rusty!) On this occasion, the metal fuel pipe coming out of the tank had rusted through. They were happy to show me everything they were doing along the way, and added extra grease to all the bolts to future-proof it (also far more reasonably priced than a dealer!) Dave and Sam are great for a chat and very helpful. Customer service was second to none. Can’t recommend the guys down there highly enough.

Firstly, they could source the tyres that I wanted. When I booked the fitting appointment I forgot to ask for a wheel alignment check and adjust but when I later asked for that to be added to the fitting appointment there was no problem, only a warning that, unsurprisingly, it would take a little longer. The tyres were brought into stock and fitted very quickly and finally, when having left their premises I reported that I thought that I might have a problem, which it turned out that I didn't, they made time for the car to be returned to them immediately to perform a thorough examination. All of this was done in a calm and professional manner in spite of the staff being obviously very busy. I thought that overall they should be congratulated for excellent customer service.

Best mechanic I have used! I moved to Ely 10 years ago and needed a mechanic I called Kevin a bit worried as he was new to me but I must say out of all my years of motoring he is the best I have ever used!! Over the years of knowing him he is more now like a mate easy to speak and work with as he always gives you it straight and charges you for what is needed he won't replace something or rip you off which what makes a good garage. I have had many cars from Audi, BMW, Mustangs, Fords you name it I've had it and he has never failed to repair it from a simple service to a few engine rebuilds and head gaskets, I would never go anywhere else even though he is 27 miles from me! I give my experience of this super local garage a 10/10. Having not been able to get a slot with my usual dealership garage for several weeks I approached MCC on recommendation and I have not been disappointed.
