Took my BMW for MOT, brake pads replacement & service, also I’ve had problem with my air condition it didn’t work - last year took my car to other car garage in Croydon who call themselves BMW specialists and told them about air condition And when I came to collect my car they’ve told me that they looked at the air condition and told me what I already knew that it doesn’t work And charged me £50 for telling me that. They’ve Told me that whole dash board needs to be removed in order to Spot the issue and it may be a matter of hundreds of pounds. Mr Kabir personally took a care of my car He’s highly skilled Mechanic with tons of experience and he knows BMW’s inside out. It has been a good few years I have been using this garage for repairs. Also for an MOT and service every year for the last few years. Prior to that for convenience sake I was using one of the reputable chain place to get the MOT and service done, which was expensive! And there was an incident where my car failed MOT and quote for repairs was around £420. I decided to get quote from other garages and I ended up getting it done at Saunders where I paid half of what was quoted at the other place. Now having paid for MOT and once failed. They tend to do it for free if you go back within 7days. It was less than 7days so I took it back to that reputable chain garage however they weren’t happy that I went somewhere else to get the car fixed. In the end they did the MOT but after this incident I have always been using Saunders! They are reliable, fair and knowledgeable! Chris and Graham have been very helpful when my clutch was playing up and they would come at home to look at the car. I would highly recommend this garage if you are living in this area.

In April 2019, someone hit my car and suggested that his mechanic would bring back to it's original condition. Reluctant, and having no choice, I brought it to IMV Repairs.
