Replaced/fixed gearbox for Mercedes Benz B150 in 2020. The car has been maintained/serviced by Patrick and his team since then. Fair and considerate overall service. I've had car picked up and returned a few times. Been given a courtesy car a few times when work could not be completed on the day. Plus Patrick is considerate with expenses/costs and always does his best to help. Any flaws?? Perhaps only these 2?: 1. Super busy (understandably so when your garage commands that popularity). A few re-scheduled bookings...but we get there in the end. 2. CD Player stopped working after the last service before most recent work done a few days ago (this December 2024). But hey-ho, the car is old; a true-blazing granddaddy-contraption. Patrick did say "bring it back in and we'll sort it out", but I just couldn't be bothered at the time; and forgot to even raise it at the last service 'cos focus was on getting the blazing-banger up and running and ready for another bout in the ring-o-life.

Paul and the team at Autocare are fantastic. Our Kia Niro EV died on our driveway two days ago. Kia said we'd have to wait until January to have it looked at and we were quoted £500 by our recovery company just to have it collected and taken to the nearest garage. A few garages I called, including Kwik Fit, said they weren't equipped to help as they didn't have staff trained with EV. Paul went and sought advice from his team at Autocare and assured us that not only did they think they could fix it but they would fit us in immediately. He helped advise my husband on how to jump start the car and saved us £500 on that alone. The team replaced the battery, same day and we couldn't be more grateful.
