I saw Mr BMW offered a mobile service so called at 9.30 in the morning. Sean offered to come out straight away which was brilliant. He arrived when he said he would and spent several hours diagnosing and fixing the car, including going off to buy the needed part. Sean was polite and considerate and took a real interest in making sure he could fix the problem. #EmergencyMike came out to my car on a Sunday within an hour of my call, and even picked me up on the way (I'd had to abandon it in a random layby the night before so I was no longer with the car). He bashed the damaged wheel back into shape, popped a new tyre on despite me not knowing exactly what size I'd need (he keeps loads in the van), pumped it up and disposed of the old one. Really efficient service. I have no idea how much it would cost to go to a garage, but worth the £155 for the no nonsense help on a weekend when you can't move your car anywhere. Wouldn't hesitate to call Mike again.
