My car was recovered by the AA and taken to DMS Auto. The customer service was good with the guy on reception being very good at answering all my questions, I had a light on the dash that had been on for some time and the car was sluggish with reduced power when going uphill but 3 different garages could not find an issue and put it down to overactive sensors. However DMS found there was a problem and fixed a split pipe. Car now runs like a dream with no light on the dash. Very reasonable price too. I highly recommend this garage.

Excellent service from Rhys and Ben. Booked in for a free tyre check as I suspected something wasn't right on the Friday, identified the issue and would have fixed the same day if it wasn't for the compressor breaking. Arranged to pop back Tuesday afternoon, in and out in an hour, job done. It's a very busy garage, which I don't think other comments have considered - the phone rang non-stop whilst I was there and it sounds like the online system isn't considering the workload that already exists, which isn't the fault of the guys in the garage. It looked like a slim team that were already stretched, then you add in 3 walk-in customers during my hour that I was there. This didn't affect the customer service though, Rhys handled every customer interaction brilliantly, both in person and on the phones, fair play to him and the rest of the team when it was so busy. All in all, excellent service and will be back should I need to be in the future. Credit where it's due.
