Really great guy, great interaction. I just bought a car and wanted to get it checked out. The guy (I think he was the owner or main mechanic) took me out on a test drive, tested the ECU faults, checked the undercarriage and gave me great advice on how to return the car to the dealer. They are extremely helpful, accommodating, always phone to explain any problems, the cost and do not push you about getting it fixed, giving you time to think about the costs. They answer any question you have, and as a female, I have always felt well valued and respected. It's always a pleasure to let them do work on my car knowing it will be a good job. Also one of very few garages that don't talk down to you as a female. Sometimes they clean and/or wash your car too which is a bonus when you go to collect it!

Urgent repair was needed because of water pump broke and was loosing the coolant really quickly. My nearest garage gave me a slot in 10 days. Upon my family member recommendations, I tried Western Garage (previously Weston Autocentre). They are costumers of Western Garage for 5 years now, with 3 cars within their household.
