I rung Hughie on the Monday and described my issue, he knew from what I said that it was brake pads, and managed to fit me in on Wednesday morning, fingers Xd it didn't need calipers too. He gave me a price for each and told me to give him a couple of hours. Almost exactly 2 hours later, my phone rang, and Hughie gave me the good news that it was just pads & discs, the calipers were good. I sent payment by bank transfer and went to pick up my car. At all times I felt like I could trust Hughie and that I was in good hands. As a woman it's great to be able to go to a place where you're confident about the service you receive.
