Refreshing to find someone who takes a pride in his work and will do whatever it takes to put your car back on the road. Lewis used his diagnostic skills to detect a short circuit in the power steering unit on my car. The part concerned is no longer in stock but he sourced a second hand motor from the internet and rang me to tell when it arrived. He fitted me into his schedule for the next week and I drove it to his garage at 10 am and he rang me to say it was ready to collect at 3pm. I honestly thought his bill was very reasonable. If you want the work done by someone who puts the customer first look no further. Anything that I need to have done to my car in future I only hope Lewis will be around.

My van developed a mystery fault code, went to Grantleys to get it diagnosed found it to be with the DPF and Elloys tank. Went to Citroen to get it repaired, they wanted nearly x2.5 more than Grantleys quoted!!! absolutely no complaints from me! my car broke down randomly as the clutch wore out when i was completing a 200+ mile drive so i took my car to this garage (recommended to me by a collegue as i'm not from the area) and they were absolutely amazing - replaced my clutch within 2 days of them diagnosing my car. the price was really decent as well. some of these reviews are incredibly misleading as they rang me to confirm i wanted work doing to my car after they'd finished diagnosing it (to which i agreed) and i'm also a young female motorist but they treated me with respect and definitely didn't take advantage. all in all, a really good experience with andy shore. thanks so much guys i will be returning x

Very happy. Errol saved me hundreds of pounds diagnosing and fixing an intermittent starting fault on my Porsche. A Porsche specialist told me I needed the starter motor replacing when all I needed was a cheap switching replacing. Errol has bags of experience, as well as all the diagnostic software, and will first of all diagnose the problem before wasting money fitting unnecessary parts. Errol has also previously carried out some work on my type r, which was making a terrible noise, replacing belts and pulleys and the water pump. My type r is back to running sweetly again.
