Outstanding Service! I had a problem with my car and had no idea where to go. Found online and I kept my fingers crossed. From the first conversation I had with David he was courteous and totally upfront. I took my car this morning. An absolute gentleman, rare to find. I left my car and he continually kept me updated with the diagnosis and prognosis and repair. He contacted my warranty company to gain authorisation for the job, called to let me know it had been approved. Then he called me when it was all ready and that he would deliver back to my home address. 15 minutes later there was my car. This is the best garage in London !! I was recommended by a friend and I had a petrol leak and was warned that it may cost up to £1000 to repair. So I booked it in for the repair and was shocked as they only charged me an hour labour! Apparently on investigation it was just something that had come loose. The point is I wouldn’t have been any the wiser if that had invoiced me for the £1000 so I couldn’t believe the honestly and morals which is so hard to find these days in people. The staff are lovely so polite and as a woman it’s so rare not to get ripped off when taking the car to the mechanics. I will always use this company for everything in future.
