Some nefarious character smashed into my wing mirror or kicked it and I phoned 7 garages before finding Colemans. The responses, when I got one, were unwilling to look at it for a minimum of 2 weeks. I phoned Colemans and got through straight away to a lovely lady who was so professional and kind. She said to bring it in and they'll take a look and work out what needs to be done at least. So today I took in my old banger and was met by the same lovely polite lady (I'm sorry I didn't get your name!). She immediately got hold of a mechanic who was equally friendly and helpful. Luckily he managed to fix it to working order in a very short space of time. It is so refreshing to meet such kind and helpful professionals and be treated so brilliantly. I had such a difficult time trying to find a garage to code a tpms sensor into my ECU. Even the main Hyundai dealer were less than helpful but along comes a recommendation from another garage about VC Motors. Straight away Dougie on the phone was helpful, put my mind at ease and did so with such compassion I decided to book my car in for an MOT at the same time. MOT rolls round and it's a fail something no one enjoys but Dougie was very helpful in explaining the work required for it to pass and had the car ready for a retest the same day. Incredibly reasonable prices but more than anything amazing customer service that is really hard to find from a garage. They didn't want to book the car in for a whole day of diagnostics, they didn't want an absurd amount of money they simply stated the work that needed done and reassured me. They kept in touch regarding the progress of the car and made me feel valued. They go above and beyond and they really are good guys, as someone who relies on a car daily it is very good to find a garage with people who value how much a vehicle means. No unnecessary delays. They take good care of both the vehicles and customers. Transparency is something missing in a lot of businesses but these guys will always be open and courteous with customers and the quality of the work is brilliant. Very happy with finding VC Motors. Will most likely use them again and again as well as recommending them to people who need a good garage.

What a fantastic service! I cannot recommend this garage strong enough! Whenever my vehicle breaks down, it is a disaster - all earnings stop. Period. Big Bee has quickly saved my backside so many times I've stopped counting. An absolute five star business. It's not just the speed of service, it is also the fact that this garage does everything I need, does it well and for a perfectly reasonable price. MOT, service, welding, tyres, puncture fix, balancing, tracking, breaks, suspension, chassis repairs, painting and more in addition to all other standard garage operations like timing belt, oil change or maintenance. It is the sign of decades of dedication, experience and understanding of how things are supposed to work. So, can Big Bee do projects as well, I asked. Can you frame my window cleaning tank in my small van, fit it with battery, pump, fuses, main switch and pipe/hose works, and... make it removable, thereby converting my window cleaning van into a multi-use vehicle? "Don't worry", was the answer. And the result speaks for itself - I now have a solid removable tank with all accessories and I really couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Big Bee!
