Very good garage! After struggling for a week with a non-functional rear license plate light on my car, I tried fixing it myself but got stuck due to a jammed screw. Frustrated, I visited three Kwik Fit locations and two Halfords, only to be turned away or told they couldn't help with the stubborn screw. Just when I was about to give up, following another refusal at Halfords, I decided to search for nearby garages and stumbled upon this gem. Upon arrival, a very understanding lady greeted me and quickly understood what I needed. Shortly after, a skilled mechanic came out and, to my astonishment, fixed the light bulb in just two minutes! His expertise was evident, and he even insisted on not charging me for the bulb, saying it wasn't expensive. Furthermore, he noticed my front side light needed replacing—a nagging issue I had been putting off—and fixed it as well, all after they had officially closed for the day. Despite my offers, he refused payment, claiming it was a simple gesture of help. I am deeply moved by the professionalism and kindness shown by this mechanic and the garage staff. I cannot recommend them enough to everyone I know. If you're looking for top-notch, compassionate service, this is the place to go. Truly a rare find in today's rush-rush world.
