I went to this garage for my MOT via RAC. This is my first time using their service. The guy sitting by the reception ( I didn’t ask his name, but guessing how he present himself and talked to his team, I think he is the owner or the manager, definitely not just a good receptionist!) gave me a friendly welcome.
