I had a problem with my Urus (here was a lot more smoke than usual coming from my exhaust and fuel burned faster than usual). I gave Bruce a call, he told me to bring it round. I brought it round the next morning. They diagnosed the car, turns out there was a broken exhaust valve. He gave me a quote for £120, got a call from him later that day saying that my Urus was ready. I have not had any problems since then. I have also taken my Urus for an oil change which I received a quote of £695 and done it in around 2 hours. I was really satisfied with the whole GVE service team however I would like to add a separate thank you to Bruce for taking care or my car and answering any and all the questions that I had.

True to his word he showed up and fixed the puncture on my motorbike there and then! Took our BMW 2 series to this garage as it was the most affordable place locally for a full service and MOT. The team did a great job of this and offered an efficient service. A few days later, some unrelated issues were brought to light on the car (drive train, issues with the belt and the gearbox transmission) which needed urgent attention. Mustafa and the team ran a thorough diagnostic test and were able to offer a solution. Although this did cost (the car being a BMW wasn't the cheapest for parts and labour), the issues were rectified quickly and we were informed of completion ahead of schedule.
