The team provided excellent service during my car's service and MOT. Everyone was friendly and efficient, with outstanding customer service. I was also pleasantly surprised by their reasonable prices. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back.
Very professional business. I was offered to wait whilst car was worked on. Coffee and WiFi provided which was really helpful and generous. Simple, straightforward professional service and experience. I felt completely informed of the progress and their process; which is an important point for me. I had a great experience with AI Diagnostics! From the start, the team was super helpful and really knew their stuff. They listened carefully to what was wrong with my car and explained everything in plain English, no confusing terms or surprise costs. They fixed my car quickly, and it’s running so much better now. What I appreciated most was their honesty, they only recommended what actually needed fixing, and gave me tips to avoid future problems. Prices were fair, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. If you want a garage that’s reliable, honest, and friendly, I’d definitely recommend AI Diagnostics. I got AI diagnostics to do my timing belt service for my Audi A4 together with usual major service I.e. oil change with all the filters. I must say I am very impressed with the level of work carried out and in the time frame. The pricing is very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get any king of major work done. It's a thumbs up for me, keep up with hard work 💪
