Great experience today. I was let down on a booked MOT elsewhere and thought I'd go in and ask if they had availability. Luckily they did! There and then! Receptionist was lovely, welcoming and incredibly helpful and the upstairs waiting area was grate with a nice seating area, workstations and tea/coffee making facilities. What a great company. I had a car problem, looked them up and gave them a call. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. She put me through to Simon, one of the mechanics and he talked me through the possible causes for the issues I was having. I appreciated the chat and booked my car in for a diagnostic test. Simon communicated well and kept me up to date, as my car stayed at the service for a of couple days. I was so pleased that he managed to sort out all the issues, as other auto repairs were giving me the run around and were not genuine. I was also more than happy with the price. I highly recommend this company, they definitely know what they are doing. They are also very helpful and detailed when explaining their findings from the car tests they run. Overall it’s a 5 star from me and I will defo be returning.
