I came to Whipps Cross Garage after a silly quote from Kwikfit to replace a wishbone. Kwikfit also, and in my experience always, they and tell you lots of things that need replacing that don’t. I thought I would try my local garage, and after looking at the reviews got them to replace my wishbone. In a separate incident months earlier I previously had a flat battery and need to have my car jump started, I went Kwikfit to get my battery checked and they said everything was okay, and then had a service with them and again battery was said to be okay. 2 days after my service battery was dead again. Whipps cross garage was able to diagnose the issue and replace my battery. I recommend this garage from good, old fashioned customer service, they call you when they say they will, run by two very experienced mechanics and are super helpful. If you’re like me and worried about not going to a named garage like a Kwikfit then I can assure you I have had very good service and will be coming back again!

We negotiate business rates with every garage we work with in Walthamstow (including parts, labour, oil, and MOT test rates), because we send lots of bookings their way. This allows us to charge our customers a fair price, and use the difference to pay for our mechanics, customer service and tech team to provide you with an outstanding service.
