Another great experience using D&T Wise, this time for front brake pads change. Prompt service, notified on completion of the job and very reasonably priced. Since being recommended the garage for my Mini Cooper service a few years ago I have used them several times and have never been disappointed. At the end of last year I also had a gear transmission fault and after doing the diagnostics I was talked through two possible options to resolve . The cheaper one was actually recommended as it was felt the more expensive option was not necessary. It worked and I was very grateful for the honesty. Often garages get bad press when quoting for women, but not this garage. Will be using them next time I need any work done. Highly recommend!

Had my driver's side window fall down between the door panel, breakdown guy came out and said it was the regulator. Took it into Marc's, he quoted worst case and best case scenario on fixing the regulator (both were going to be a fairly substantial amount but was unavoidable), instead of going ahead and ordering the part he wanted to check it for himself first. Ended up being a few loose bolts - saving me a small fortune. The original issue had scratched the window tint, Marc arranged for the re-tinting to be done by a company on the same industrial estate - all completed with the same day. I could not recommend these enough. Me being a donut drove forward into wood (I was in a car park) and my bumper got stuck so I could not move. I called green flag who basically told me my insurance doesn’t cover it and I would have to claim from my car insurance. NO THANK YOU.
