I went to this garage for my MOT via RAC. This is my first time using their service. The guy sitting by the reception ( I didn’t ask his name, but guessing how he present himself and talked to his team, I think he is the owner or the manager, definitely not just a good receptionist!) gave me a friendly welcome. I mentioned one thing that needs sorting on top of the MOT and gave me honest advice. I collected my car same day and much earlier than I expected. I took my Ford Focus to FCW Isleworth to get the driver side front wing panel replaced after badly damaging it a week and a half ago. Not only were FCW Isleworth able to fit me in quickly for an initial inspection, but they were able to fix the car within 24 hours of contacting them, and even return it washed, looking brand new (for a 2010 plate)!!
