I cannot over-emphasise the superb service provided and the quality and fastidiousness with which they attend to your vehicle, whether it is for regular servicing, fixes, investigation and diagnosis and car tuning and I regularly use them for everything car related, no matter what the problem. Nothing is too much trouble and I would highly recommend them. Car tuning was an excellent decision as I have a larger engined car and it has improved mileage and + torques for towing (+hp 60 also and +76nm at back wheels) and was worth every penny initial outlay for a Stage 1 tune with no mods to the car from factory. I used CMC for my first MOT and today I had my bonnet cable unseized. I cannot complain about anything. The waiting area is comfortable, clean with a viewing area and toilet. They're polite, helpful and good listeners. It's also a huge boost to see a woman in charge because it means you don't get treated like an idiot just because of your gender - like a lot of male dominated garages. Priced reasonably and appear to take the job seriously. After experiencing a couple of other garages and being less than impressed, I'll be more likely to use CMC in the future. The only downside of the area is no parking. It's super hard to find a safe space to park.

It's also helpful to see a list of certain work carried out on your vehicles. So you can calculate for yourself. All prices are VAT inclusive so no nasty surprises at the end of the day when you pick your vehicle up. First phone in. You book your car in as early as 8o'clock by 10o'clock they ring you with the work plus MOT is included if required. The total price is as quoted, no hidden extras.

I got the MOT done for my car from them. They were really professional and efficient. After the MOT, they described to me the report and explained to me what needs to be done. But, they never forced me to get those done from them. Instead they gave me a quotation for the repairs and let me decide what to do. Since the quotation looked reasonable I went with them. And when I collected the car back, the final bill was lower than the quotation. And they advised me on non urgent repairs and when I should consider doing them. They never forced me to spend money on something not required at the moment. If you're looking for a place to get the MOT done and if you feel like your car might need some repairs I highly recommend them. Last but not least, they are really car enthusiasts, they were really curious about my car and even showed me some features of my car that I didn't know before. This is honestly the most satisfying experience I had with a motor mechanic company.
