Another splendid job from the team at SMC - a fantastically fitted fitted tow bar at a fraction of the cost of Halfords, excellent value for money - they even assembled the bike rack for me - these guys go above and beyond! I have used this garage a number of times over the years. The service here is faultless. Engine diagnostics are prompt and accurate, estimates are spot on and the work is carried out to a higher standard than any dealership could ever hope to achieve! Don't waste money on expensive dealer services that will only be conducted by an apprentice - here you have the vast expertise and knowledge of Ian and his dad Bob. More recently SMC saved my wife a small fortune by sorting out the paintwork on her leased Q5. Audi leasing would have hit here for literally thousands for the chips, scratches and knocks on the car - SMC managed to sort the whole lot for under £300 !!! Before returning your lease car let SMC check it over for you - you will not be disappointed. In all - I cant sing their praises enough, SMC now take care of my work van, the family campervan and our family workhorse the Volvo, soon I'll be asking them to service the narrowboat :) Outstanding service all round !

I recently had an experience at LTC Halesowen that I just have to share! So, my car was making this loud racket from the exhaust, and since I had just had it replaced at LTC Brierley Hill, I figured I’d swing by the Halesowen branch since it was closer to home. Right from the start, the team was super friendly. They took my car for a test drive, and it didn’t take long for them to pinpoint the issue. Turns out, the wheel bearing needed replacing. But that’s not all! When they tried to remove the wheel, they found that the brake shoes were pretty worn out and fell apart. Yikes! They also noticed that the handbrake cable needed replacing too. I was a bit worried about the costs, but let me tell you, the price was very competitive, especially considering the quality of work they provided. Chris, Jamie, and Andy were absolute stars! They kept me in the loop throughout the process, and it was clear they really cared about getting everything done right. Honestly, I can’t thank them enough for their help. It feels good to know that my car is in great shape now. I’m definitely a customer for life after this experience! If you’re looking for a reliable garage, I can't recommend LTC Halesowen enough. You’ll be in good hands!

Driving last Sunday from Norfolk to my daughter in the West Midlands, the car displayed a brake pad warning message. On Monday I contacted Autobahn explaining the problem and the safety ramifications and Andy told me to bring the car in after lunch. Took my 440i to Richard in September with an underlying issue that I've been trying to resolve with not much luck and many business not wanting to entertain.
