Had 4x tyres fitted today. Polite service. All 4 wheels were changed within the hour and my spare put back in the boot well (the spare was fitted to the car due to a puncture). No damage to wheels or car. Wheel bolts set to the correct torque rather than overtightened with impact driver. Had to make a small adjustment to the pressures and reset TPMS but this is to be expected. Thank you once again.

Although there were times I wondered what I was waiting for (they would move forward with what it was needed without telling me what to expect at that moment), every question was asked without hesitation; and repeated if needed. They were happy to accommodate according to my needs and help me to find the best solutions. Note: Before I came here, I had been told two or three months ago somewhere else, my car was no good anymore. However, (no having money for another car) we decided to try and fix it ourselves. My partner did a great job, and we got to pass the MOT; nevertheless, we had concerns, and there was a leak. The mechanic not only helped us in those last steps but repeated several times to us what to do (as we weren't completely sure of how to do it). He, never, seemed bothered by us coming back to ask for help and never charged us for his time. Thank you so much! Thanks to your help on the last steps, to some other wonderful special friends and my partner hard work and dedication, today , I am driving my car again as before the incident. Initially requested a callback from Crewe Audi regarding an issue with my Q4, the service department called back and agreed to take a look at the car/issue and was offered an appointment fairly quickly, took the car in and was agreed after an inspection that there was an issue and agreed to have the car back in for a few days at a later date and also offered a courtesy car. Car went back in at a later date, and was repaired sooner than expected, a full explanation of what had been replaced was provided and if any further issues to let them know, pleased to say no further issues so far, so thanks to Crewe Audi and Mark on the service team for promptly resolving the issue.
