This place is not in the centre of Clacton as the Google pin suggests but is actually in St. South, despite this I still went and due to the distance the mechanic dropped me back off in Clacton after I took my car in. Job took a little longer than anticipated as a part needed taking away to mend but JTM were professional about it and ensured it was being done and to a good standard.

RAC patrolman said I needed an Alternator, Clutch Pulley and Belt when I broke down, their mobile mechanic gave me a price over the phone but couldn't do it for a few days; contacted Dean who came out the same morning I called and diagnosed my Alternator was ok and therefore saved myself a good £200+, he sourced the parts and fitted them that same day, even though the weather was atrocious. Would recommend Dean to anyone who wants an honest job done for a fair price.

There are many reasons to choose this garage over others… Clear and honest advice. Half the cost of main dealers. Quick turnaround. Simple and easy to deal with. I typically get my Audi serviced at main dealers but chose here on the back of recommendations. Main service complete and also followed advice to have the brakes bled … what a difference at half the cost of main dealer. Cafe is a 2 min walk which has nice coffee and bacon sarnies or there is a waiting room there if you prefer.
