I took my car in for what I thought would be a straightforward MOT but it had some serious work needed that I was unaware of. The team were fantastic, very clear about what was necessary for safety and what was advisory, as well as what they would recommend to get the most out of the money needed. They sourced parts very quickly and were able to fit me in for repairs the same day, even though they were incredibly busy and it was 4+ hours work. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful, even at 9am, in the pouring rain. I had been looking around for a garage to change my daughters Fiesta cambelt as it had 80,000 miles on the clock and it had never been changed. After a Ford dealer quoted me £470 (bonkers), I searched garages but could not find one that had any good reviews. Anyway, after a recommendation from a friend, I got in touch with Alan to get the belt changed. The great thing about this service is he comes to your house or place of work to do it (provided it's not a million miles away from Basildon). I arranged the date and time with him and he arrived and the work was completed in under two hours and for a great price. He also gurantees his work for 12 months. Great service, highly recommended.
