Fixed my car alarm problem when other garages couldn't. I had an intermittent problem with the alarm going off that was beyond my normal garage to fix. He had in depth diagnostic tools and even contacts to a SAAB specialist in Sweden when a loose connection in my car was preventing the diagnostic tool from working properly. He correctly identified the issue and explained why it was causing the problem and since replacing the faulty item with items he actually had in stock, the problem has never re-occurred. Ash is a dedicated SAAB specialist with many years experience and a personal touch. Can't agree with the 1* review. Probably Ash was being knowledgeable and enthusiastic which turned up or ended up as him appearing rude. Quite opposite to my experience.

We negotiate business rates with every garage we work with in Edgware (including parts, labour, oil, and MOT test rates), because we send lots of bookings their way. This allows us to charge our customers a fair price, and use the difference to pay for our mechanics, customer service and tech team to provide you with an outstanding service.
