Mike and his son Keran diagnosed and fixed a difficult electrical/gear-selector problem on my Toyota Avensis that other garages couldn’t solve. The car now starts perfectly, no more dash blackout, and reverse works smoothly again. Can’t praise Mike enough, honest , professional. Thank you so much Mike. Honest, skilled, and reliable team — highly recommended. My go to garage from now on, definitely recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Heading home from work on Friday teatime and the Tyre losing pressure sign comes on. Fill the tyres up and light still on. I popped into HiQ at Stockton and from start to finish the guys were amazing. The owner checked my tyres and found that there was no puncture, put the diagnostic machine on. This all took time and when he had finished his investigation he returned my keys saying no charge. That's proper service that. I tried to put some money in their Christmas kitty but they said to pop it in their Charity box. I have been absolutely blown away by this lovely family business and will definitely return for my future motoring needs. Thank you so very very much
I recently had my car repaired and I’m really pleased with the service. I brought it in with several issues, including a rattling noise, damaged calliper, worn front and rear wheel bearings, missing rubber on the offside rear spring, a faulty shock absorber, and front brake pads that needed replacing. The team diagnosed everything quickly and explained the repairs clearly before carrying out the work. After the repairs, the car drives smoothly, the rattling noise has gone completely, and the braking feels much sharper and safer. Overall, great communication, fair pricing, and quality workmanship. I’d definitely recommend this garage for anyone needing reliable repairs.
Cannot recommend Mike and the team enough. I broke down while over 100 miles away from home with a snapped wet belt and was towed to Coopers Cars. Mike was very honest and offered great advice even though it meant he didn't get the job. Nice to know people are not just there to take your money. Thaks Mike and will definitely use you if I am in the area again.
