Well, I was in two minds to go down and book some repairs, after reading about the customer service of this establishment. This is the 2nd time I've been in . Absolutely fantastic customer service . The young lady who booked it was very nice . Then, when I went to pick up my motorhome, the mature older lady, what a diamond . The most genuine , polite lady I've spoken to for years . It made my visit worthwhile just to be in conversations with her . She duly took my payment . I was directed to go for repairs here as my uncle had dealings with the late Ray who started the business . My uncle was an insurance adjudicator. He had many dealings with this garage over the years and said Ray Armstrongs was always the best . He was never greedy , never tried to claim more money from customers for breakdowns and storage . He was one of the best garages about . ( and he dealt with 100s). His son Craig, who now runs the garage, has the same work ethos and work commitment Excellent job he has done on my MoHo . Good advice and fair price . Can't complain . It must be them lovely, sandwiches he has made every day for his lunch . That's just a private joke . I'm definitely taking my MoHo there for an MOT and any other repairs ..

Parking is a bit annoying due to the neighbouring GP surgery, but at the time of writing you can get a ticket for an hour for free and then head into their office and they'll move it into the garage. They also have gardener's world magazines to read if you're waiting.

I don’t often share reviews but this company really deserves one . I basically booked in for a full car check because I thought my gear box had gone was told it wasn’t the gear box and was something else a lot cheaper than I originally thought so straight away I had a high standard as sometimes garages I have gone to in the past have either over charged or lied on what was wrong with the car just to get money , he explained everything to me that needed doing and even asked if I was ok with the price he was honestly lovely and then I finally picked the car up my daughter was poorly so I was two days late to pick the car up but they were absolutely fine about it even though their car parks full because they are that busy . My car feels like a brand new car I can’t believe the difference I just want to say thanks so much I will not take my car anywhere else now guys if your thinking of taking your car here especially if your a girl and you don’t know anything about cars take it here they are brilliant and very trustworthy all the staff I seen were lovely Honestly Thanks so much guys Trina
