I brought my car after my coolant starting leaking over the Christmas period. The guys at the garage replaced some parts and it ran fine for a month. The coolant level dropped once and took it back just to be sure everything was ok. In the end it was just an air pocket from what I was told but the guys checked it pretty fast for free and gave me peace of mind. Not an expert on cars but it was good that they said they’d be open to look at it again if anything happened. All in all good response and quick to react to concerns. No complaints.

Excellent service. Used them for some bodywork on a new car - to repair two deeply dented door panels damaged in a car park (not my fault, some careless hit-an-run!), as well as a third panel with a lesser dent that was solvable with paintless dent removal. Chose them for proximity to town, they’re walking distance to train station (at moment, they do not offer loaner cars). Quote was fair and competitive. Both Mohammed and Kash were very honest and upfront about the labour involved, also the materials. So far, quality of the repair is very good. I’m not a car person, but Kash carefully explained what they did and one could tell the care and attention to the job. Best experience at a repair shop I’ve ever had, I will be back again for tyre repair and front bumper work. Thanks guys!

I've used Halfords a couple of times now, the first was for an MOT and the second was for an emergency tyre valve replacement. Both experiences have been really positive! The team has been quick and professional, great communication and so helpful. Especially as I called another garage for the valve replacement and they said it would take 2 days and £90!! Not at Halfords, sorted the car that hour and for a fraction of the price. I'm often sceptical walking into a garage and being ripped off (likely as I don't know anything about cars!) but the guys at Halfords are always very competitively priced (often the cheapest in my area) and never make me feel that stupid when it comes to cars.
