Thoroughly decent chaps, helpful professional and honest. Not from round these parts I was visiting friends recently when I developed an issue with the bonnet of my BMW. The local BMW dealership said would it need booking in for diagnostic tests… and that would mean a wait of a month for an available date, Hemmings & Reynolds had the problem bonnet and a separate issue with a headlight sorted within 24hrs! Unfortunately our 2013 VW Transporter T5 with only 10,000 miles on the clock had a rare malfunction in the Cam belt area 😡😫😫 … I was highly recommended to Auditec by another Camper specialist … After a diagnosis from Matt at Auditec our worst fears came true 😫 we needed (and was advised) to have a new engine block 🥹 …. Lee and Martyn sat me down carefully and told me the estimated cost of £12,000 to supply and fit 😫 We had no choice as our VW Camper is our holidays/ touring machine 👍…. Matt called me into the workshop showing me and taking me (in layman’s terms) through what went wrong with the engine and advised me what the next step should be, Matt was the engineer who saw the job from stripping the old engine out and even more major parts to carry out this extensive job 🤔 it basically took Matt three days from start to finish ! Bloody amazing job by an amazing team of calm loyal friendly understanding guys 👍 couldn’t praise them enough….
