Fantastic level of service and customer care and at a very reasonable price. My daughters car had a very bad water leak in the boot and rear of the cabin. I found it hard to find a garage that would undertake water repairs due to the difficulty and time in locating leaks. I discovered Ark Tech online, I called and spoke to Tom on the phone and immediately realised that he knew exactly what he was talking about and had obviously had much experience in locating water leaks. Job booked in quickly and Ark Tech found and fixed the problem that same day. Hourly rate is very competitive. I took the car back the following week for them to do another water test to ensure the problem cured; they thoroughly tested it over a period of a week and didn’t even charge for this part of the work, amazing service. The retest showed that the leak had all been fixed on the first visit and I have a very happy daughter now. I have no hesitation in recommending Ark Tech, they are brilliant. Thank you.
