I broke down on the way from Lancaster to Hull, the alternator had gone and I was stuck halfway between home and my hospital appointment. The RAC came to my rescue and took me to Merlin Motors. The staff there were incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. They let us stay in their office as their customer hub was under renovations. Their service was efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced. In particular the owner was very welcoming and sympathetic, and the receptionist Emily made sure we were comfortable and kept up to date on what was happening. Being in their office also meant we heard and saw a lot of the interactions between staff and phone calls to customers and suppliers. These were all conducted with an impressive professional manner. I was very impressed, they really saved my skin in a difficult situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
