We then visit each garage in person, where our in-house mechanics evaluate the quality of premises and equipment, staff qualifications, capacity, and technical capabilities of selected servicing centres against a 25 point qualifying criteria. Fixter only works with facilities which strictly use manufacturer-equivalent parts.
How does Fixter make money?
We negotiate business rates with every garage we work with in North-east-lincolnshire (including parts, labour, oil, and MOT test rates), because we send lots of bookings their way. This allows us to charge our customers a fair price, and use the difference to pay for our mechanics, customer service and tech team to provide you with an outstanding service.
