Can’t say enough good things about this establishment. We used to live just around the corner, but now we’ve moved out of London we still come all the way in to get all our cars seen to here. One of those rare places these days where you find friendly, honest and most of all, trustworthy people, which is so important where cars are concerned given the huge potential for expensive repairs. Amazingly they are extremely competitive on price, frequently quoting less for repairs than other well known places I’ve approached in the north east of England, where everything is usually far cheaper than London. I was involved in an accident which caused considerable damage to the front of my car. The issue was that I was going on holiday with the family in that car, in just over a week. The insurance company rang several bodywork firms without success until they spoke with Continental Coachworks, who had a 'can do' attitude and encouraged me to bring the car in for an inspection. The car is a 2 year old Audi RS6 and apart from the obvious dent, one of the auxiliary radiators was also damaged. With just one week to complete the work, they replaced and repainted what they needed to and the car truly looks and runs as good as new. We had an absolutely faultless trip to the South of France. I can't thank them enough for the fantastic customer service and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Anyway, I just came back from the garage again due to a repair on my Porsche's diesel issue. I have to say Robert's team truly provides such a reliable service. There are a bunch of good technicians in this company and they get job done very nicely. They know what they are doing and never kept me on hold to wait for the job done. Normally the receptionist would advise me if it can be done in 1 or 2 hrs. Great schedule. They never ever upsells but rather simply just remind me potential issue may happen if I drive the car incorrectly. They kept my car tidied & cleaned even I didn't request it. It's very difficult to find a good car service company like this in London. Great service and good team.

My bonnet wasn't shutting properly and they were able to fix it there and then to make it driveable and didn't even want any money for doing so.
