My young daughter took her car here for a mot. A couple of days prior to her car going in it started to shake really bad, so while it was in, they rang and said it needed the spark plugs and coil sorting, so the daughter agreed to have it done, we later went and picked the car up, but noticed it was still shaking, but the garage had closed, so the next day we rang them back up, they told us to take the car back and they would have another look. I won't lie I was very worried my daughter was going to be ripped off, but I can say they sorted the car out, she didn't have to pay anything else and her car has been perfect since. I was meant to leave a review sometime ago, but forgot the staff go out of their way to help anybody out as as my mobility is not 100% so they help to get the mobility scooter out. I took the car to another garage sometime ago for screen wash bottle. They said they can find anything can they had the car all day so I brought it to New Inns, they had it no longer than an hour and they found it a cracking bottle and a new screen wash motor needed. I also took it for a dumper fitted went out of the way to help me there as well and also for MOT and service great job and will carry on using this garage also they are local and I believe in using local firms
