After 6 months of misery with my car and a garage who did not get to the bottom of the fault (we suspected the turbo), booked in with Ivinson Auto. We dropped the car off; within 30 minutes their mechanic let me know what the problem was (turbo/EGR valve) and gave an approximate quote. It was always going to be an expensive fix for this problem, but the car was done within 36 hours at a reasonable price. I was kept informed at all stages and cannot rate them highly enough. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. Fantastic.

I have never experienced such genuine customer care! My car was having some issues that were proving a problem to fix. These guys let me drop the car round the day after the problems started and really persevered to fix the problem for me. At the time I was 8 months pregnant and they were really thorough in making sure the car was totally fixed before giving it back to me safely. This did take a few days (which could not have been helped) but they kept me informed throughout. Big thanks to Daisy who was always so honest, kind and considerate on the phone and explained things to me so clearly. Daisy asked me to bring it back in a week so they could double check the problem was definitely fixed, which is already a great service. Unfortunately, I ended up having an emergency c section a few days later and am unable to drive for awhile. I called to explain this and Daisy and the team arranged for someone to pop by my house to give it a quick check over. I thought that was extremely generous of you all. On top of that, the way staff responded to me when I explained my situation was so genuine and so full of care (bearing in mind you don't know me!) so thank you, it meant a lot. This is my first time using this garage as we've just moved to the area but I will never go anywhere else again! Big thank you to you all.

My car broke down today with one completely flat tire. Luckily for me one very kind stranger who happened to be passing by, spotted me, pulled over in heavy traffic, explained he worked at Greenside garage and even though he had finished work and was on his way home, he got my tire inflated enough to get my car to the garage a few minutes away. Once there he organised for my tire to be fixed on the spot. The guys at the garage were all amazing, despite being extremely busy, they got straight to work at removing my tire, fixing it and getting me back in the road asap. This garage have a customer for life, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
