They are very professional and take care of customers very well. This place has toilet facilities and you can take a seat in their Customer Seating room separate from the main office. I had my last MOT done recently and although my vehicle didn’t pass at first, the repairs were done on the same day. I can’t say if the prices are higher than other places as I had this job done for the first time so I can’t compare. After a couple of weeks I had my MOT, one of the front bulbs needed a replacement and they were able to accommodate on the same day I called and didn’t charge for it, which was very nice from them. Great service overall!

Had my driver's side window fall down between the door panel, breakdown guy came out and said it was the regulator. Took it into Marc's, he quoted worst case and best case scenario on fixing the regulator (both were going to be a fairly substantial amount but was unavoidable), instead of going ahead and ordering the part he wanted to check it for himself first. Ended up being a few loose bolts - saving me a small fortune. The original issue had scratched the window tint, Marc arranged for the re-tinting to be done by a company on the same industrial estate - all completed with the same day.
