Its a chore these days trying to find a garage you can truly trust. This garage is now my go too choice for myself and my family. I had a timing belt replaced on my Peugeot 3008 2017 model. This also meant an oil change, water pump, coolant and antifreeze replacement and then a tune up. Fantastic job and saved me £300 on a Peugeot dealer quote. I would strongly recommend Dan and James at Eviva to anyone. I personally dealt with Dan who is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and an all-round nice bloke. I brought them a 2011 E-class convertible with a faulty roof that another garage was not able to fix and they went above and beyond to complete the repair and I am happy to say they fixed it. They had the car over the Christmas period and were happy to keep hold of the car until they got to the bottom of the issue. On top of this, whilst under their care, they noticed the clutch was slipping (which had previously happened when I had drove it), they called me and advised it was a simple solution and fixed it ready for me to pick up the next day. In summary, you should use this garage. They are fair, integral ,extremely knowledgeable and from my experience go the extra mile to ensure a car they look at is 100% right.

Brilliant service from this family run business. I've been using this garage for over fifteen years now and never had a problem. They are honest, helpful and polite. Recently my car had a problem due mainly to our pothole problems. I rang to see if they could help and even though they were fully booked up they took a look and diagnosed it straight away. They then managed to get my car in and even though they couldn't fix it there and then, they supplied me with a courtesy car for the night. I work shifts so this was a god send. Can't recommend these guys enough! I recently brought my Jaguar XE in with an engine issue for diagnosis and Jonathan was able to identify and fix the issue within a day. Jonathan went the extra mile and had a look around the engine bay to try and work out why the crossover pipe had failed and noticed that my engine mounts weren't properly bolted in. Having had the engine mounts replaced at main dealer just the year before, I took it back to them to rectify the issue and was met with the usual excuses as to why they weren't liable. Jonathan took the time out to show me and explain how the issue could only have been caused by the main dealers work and, after relaying this to the main dealer, they have agreed to fix the issue and compensate me for repairs I've had done as a result. Couldn't have asked for a better service and will be bringing the car back again in future for all jobs given how hard it is to find a reliable and trustworthy garage. Thanks also to Laura for great communication/customer service when the car was in.
