I've left it a long period of time before writing my review, purely because I have been stung by unscrupulous garages before and wanted to be absolutely sure about my opinion. I drive a 2007 E93 BMW, I love this car as you'll soon realise. Last year I switched jobs which changed my driving from motorway to urban London. Within 3 months, the damage was appearing. Breakdown after breakdown. Numerous issues, mainly with overheating, oil simply burning away etc etc. 5.. yes 5 local garages all had my car towed in for repair and diagnostics. None of them could resolve the issues. I've lost count of how many radiators, pipes, sensors etc etc were replaced. I'd had enough. I wanted to keep the car, and with the introduction of ULEZ, my compliant car was not going to Khan's ridiculous scrappage scheme and I could simply not afford a replacement. I needed to find somebody who had the knowledge and experience with BMW to resolve this once and for all. After extensive research, I stumbled across IAUTO in Croydon. Apparently a main dealer alternative. I booked in for diagnostics. From the get go, the professionalism shown by Shazil and Anoop was exemplary. I explained my issue's with the vehicle and my work commitments and nothing was a problem. My car was booked in for diagnostics and I was given the use of one of their very well kept courtesy cars whilst mine was being looked at. Within a day, I had a comprehensive list of work and parts required, and a cost. Yes, absolutely it was very expensive. I needed a new water pump, a new oil pump amongst other bits and pieces. I'm under absolutely no illusion as to how much original BMW parts cost so I certainly wasn't expecting a cheap fix up. It was certainly a dent in my finances, I weighed it up and decided to go ahead with the repairs. I do not regret it for a second. It has been nearly 8 months now since IAUTO first took on my challenge of finding the problems that 5 other garages couldn't, and curing my car, and my car is running well all this time. The cost of my repair did not change from original quote, there was no faffing about and addings on... all straight from day one. I had numerous encounters with the various mechanics that were tasked with working on my vehicle, every one of them, polite, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable. On one occasion my vehicle had to be parked a fair distance away as parking is an absolute premium in that area, I'm a lone female and absolutely not comfortable in Croydon on my own, one of the lovely mechanics walked with me and stayed with me until I was safely in my car and away. You don't get this sort of care at Kwikfit!! Overall, a very competent, honest and transparent garage. Actually a very rare find. I would 100% recommend. In fact I have since been back for brakes etc and again, a no fault experience and conscientiousness all the way.

I went in yesterday after having gone to two other garages where they were rude to me. These guys were absolutely lovely and came out and spoke to me straight away with a smile. My bonnet wasn't shutting properly and they were able to fix it there and then to make it driveable and didn't even want any money for doing so. Of course I paid them anyway but I was just blown away by what a great service they provided compared to the other two garages (who are around the corner without mentioning any names). Will 100% be back. So hard to find good mechanics that don't treat you like an idiot. Made my nightmare Monday so much more pleasant.

Brought my car to have an aftermarket exhaust fitted. The installation process was honestly 10/10. The process included rectifying issues found from previous ownership(s) of my vehicle, various adjustments and modifications. Everything was carried out to my preference, including removal and reinstallation of my rear lip spoiler. Quality work at the most competitive rates I've personally been given, easily the best quality & price in the Greater London area. My satisfaction was considered as a priority, over the time & cost, which I've only ever experienced at this garage. Absolutely recommend to fellow exotic car owners. From the very start and throughout the repairs I had done I was kept informed of what was happening and we discussed each step of the repair. My car had been stolen and although my tracker successfully recovered the car, the thieves had wrecked the insides trying to disable all telemetric systems. Lexus had declared the vehicle a write-off. Over a period of three weeks the engineers at MC Autos put my car back together, skilfully repairing, not replacing, most of the damaged equipment, thus minimising costs.
