I was initially super worried about my Ecoboost car when i was told i needed the cambelt replaced. I was originally quoted by BSM £2200 for the cambelt in addition to £1400 of additional repairs. After searching elsewhere i was turned away by 2 garages that didn't want to do the work, so i was super glad when i found an independent Ford specialist (Blue Oval) who I trusted to do the work at a good price. In total, there was 7 repairs that needed doing on my car, which were done in 2 days, and i’m happy with how quickly everything was done. In terms of the quality of the service, i’m presuming this is referring to my interactions with the people at Blue Oval rather than how i rate the work done on my car (i am not a good judge of the later). The people at Blue Oval were friendly, easy to talk to and informative. They gave me a handful of updates on my car throughout the 2 days, which i found very useful and they were always open to answering any questions i had

If I could give 10 stars I would do so. Steve came to my aid straight away. I was visiting Gloucester for a days work. Unfortunately my mini broke down on the way. Steve was recommended by. The uber driver that took me. to work the next morning. Steve was brilliant. He arranged recovery and diagnosed the problem by lunchtime. He had to order parts so was unable to fix the car until the following day.
