Went above and beyond my expectations. My initial call to inquire about getting the car looked at for a management light issue, i was advised, they were pretty busy for the next couple of days, but happy to take my number should things change. Within two hours, i had a call to advise "bring it down now and we will put it onto the machine if you can wait". This was done, and confirmed an alternator failure. I asked them to order in the part, and i could drop the following day and leave it with them for a couple of days, to squeeze me in with the other work they had planned. By that afternoon, had a call from Edwina (amazing), advising it's ready ! I was expecting to be without a car for at least three days, as they already had pre-bookings. I was without a car for only half a day. A friendly team of staff, with parts and labour charges, that i thought were very very reasonable.
