from 85 reviews on GoogleI would strongly recommend Dan and James at Eviva to anyone. I personally dealt with Dan who is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and an all-round nice bloke. I brought them a 2011 E-class convertible with a faulty roof that another garage was not able to fix and they went above and beyond to complete the repair and I am happy to say they fixed it. They had the car over the Christmas period and were happy to keep hold of the car until they got to the bottom of the issue. On top of this, whilst under their care, they noticed the clutch was slipping (which had previously happened when I had drove it), they called me and advised it was a simple solution and fixed it ready for me to pick up the next day. In summary, you should use this garage. They are fair, integral ,extremely knowledgeable and from my experience go the extra mile to ensure a car they look at is 100% right.
I'm am so glad I visited Eviva to get my service done on my Merc e220. Both Dan and James are highly qualified and know their stuff. Booked my car for a service and a complementary health check of the vehicle was also carried out, which was a nice surprise. Went to pick the vehicle up, Dan firstly went over the health check, no technical jargon just straight up clear advice, told me what was the issue and what was required. James then also went into detail as it was James who carried out the service. Advised Subframe issue told me on recall with Mercedes, booked in with Merc could not find the issue with subframe. Called Eviva back spoke with James, he asked to me bring back the vehicle, put on ramp, made a video of the concerned area and explained the issue on the video. Mind you this was on a Friday after 5.30pm, where as other companies won't entertain you. James took his time out. Can't thank him and Dan enough. Cheers guys top quality service. This is my go to garage now. Please visit I highly recommend. Cost was at minimum and I was surprised compared to other companies out their. Thanks guys. Amazing Service.
Highly recommend Eviva! Dan and James are brilliant! We have been taking our Mercedes e350 to them for approx 12 months,quite a few jobs have needed doing, and everytime the service has been great..prices,time..even picking the car up and returning to me,as I'm disabled. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Won't go anywhere else now!
I have been using this garage for my Mercedes A class for the last 12 months. The prices are very competitive and their work is of a high standard. James and Dan are honest, reliable and friendly mechanics who pride themselves on customer service and looking after your vehicle. Highly recommend!
The team at Eviva are fantastic. We’re so thoroughly happy with the experience we’ve had. I’ve been recommending them to everyone. It’s so hard to come by a genuine, trustworthy garage. This one’s a keeper. Our VW developed a few complex problems that meant it had to go to a specialist garage. We Initially had a diagnosis and quote from a different vw specialist garage who quoted us 3x as much!! So we got a second opinion from Dan at Eviva, who completed a full diagnosis and a quote that was a third of the price. They were completely honest, trustworthy and efficient and kept updating us when they had a price for each part etc before going ahead.
