First time using this garage, i called in and spoke to Lee very polite and knowledgeable i was in the motor industry for over 30 year, i booked my car in for lee to check a few issues and awaited a call, lee called me the next day having checked my car he identified other problems which i new needed addressing the price quoted was reasonable as parts needed were main dealer parts, I agreed to have all the work completed and i can say a fast and reliable service i am unable to do repairs now at my age and i wanted a garage with skill well i got that and friendly service. I called into this garage after noticing a strange noise coming from the suspension of my car. Despite being really busy, the man I spoke to at the front desk said they would try their best to fit me in. This ended up being a bigger job due to a broken spring but the garage said they would aim to get it done by the weekend after I had dropped the car in on the Monday - by Thursday it was ready to be picked up. All staff I spoke to were knowledgeable and friendly and kept me at ease in a fairly stressful and unexpected situation. Would highly recommend this garage and will definitely use again!
