I recently had a minor accident. After scanning the car, I noticed the missing front badge and I messaged Ferenc asking him to replace it for me. A couple of days later, the part was in and I visited F&F Automotive to have it replaced. Ferenc’s face as he showed me a large crack on my bumper, a wobbly headlight, broken grill and out of line bonnet, was quite a picture. My car was promptly scheduled in, I was advised throughout of options and timeframes, which were dependent on the delivery of parts. Ferenc finished my car a day early, and then talked me through what had been done. Knowing absolutely nothing about cars has left me feeling vulnerable in the past when dealing with a trade which has a reputation for not always being honest. Having someone reliable, knowledgeable and above all trustworthy, is invaluable to me and the reason I would never go anywhere else. I will always shout from the rooftops about F&F Automotive.

I had a exhaust back box blown and it needed replacing . I drove into the car park of Elite Garages and walked into reception and was attended very quickly and they asked for the keys and put the car on the ramps. 15 minutes later he came back and explained the 2 boxes on the exhaust were required both had seen better day .
