Superb service from Sean, I took my BMW 3 series here after the main control screen stopped working, I had taken it to a few places prior and they couldn't fix it. Sean diagnosed the problem and gave me a temporary screen until he ordered in the correct screen for my model of car. I cannot praise JR Volkswagen Centre highly enough. Late one evening the starter motor failed on my T5 camper, leaving me stranded 230 miles from home, and Recovery Insurance required I arrange a local repair. Phoned JR just after 8am next morning and got a really positive response. Graham called back within 10 minutes with a quote and promise that the van would be fixed that day. The recovery company didn't get me to JR until 1145, I was back on the road by 1600. They have a very warm and comfortable reception area, everyone was super friendly. They turned what could have been a very uncomfortable and stressful day for my dog and I in the rain in an unfamilar town into a pleasantly memorable experience. Superb customer care and technical competence, and to top it all, very reasonable price. We negotiate business rates with every garage we work with in Paisley (including parts, labour, oil, and MOT test rates), because we send lots of bookings their way. This allows us to charge our customers a fair price, and use the difference to pay for our mechanics, customer service and tech team to provide you with an outstanding service.
